How do I place an order?

  • Check your cart (upper-right corner of your screen)
  • Click on ‘proceed to checkout’
  • Fill in your payment information, choose a shipping method and choose a payment method
  • Review your order and information, then agree to the terms and conditions
  • Click on ‘buy’
  • You will be redirected to the page which enables you to complete your payment
  • You will receive an order/payment confirmation email within a few minutes

HOW CAN I TRACK MY STATUS?

If your purchase is shipped by Volitionhair and Beauty you will receive an email with a Post NL Express tracking number.

  • Please visit www.internationalparceltracking.com and paste your tracking information in order to track the status of your delivery.

RETURNS

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your product within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns are at your own expense/own costs.

Please note that product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original outer packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened. Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be accepted due to health protection and hygiene reasons, and will therefore not be refunded.

Please also make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the item(s) from being damaged.
